Prof. Dr. H. Djoko Agus Purwanto, Apt., M.Si, is a Professor in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Faculty of Pharmacy. He has conducted research for nineteen years with green tea as his object of study. His research area is related to compound analysis or drugs and food/beverages as well as other objects. After many years and hundred times conducting research about green tea leaf extract, finally in 2015 he could launch his research product called “Medi Tea.” This brand is a healthy beverage in a form of powder formulated by Pharmaceutical Chemistry. It is safe and beneficial to treat various diseases in society. Medi Tea by Djoko is not an ordinary tea. It is made of green tea leaf extraction containing many benefits to treat various diseases, such as: cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis, even Osteoporosis. By far, 30.000 boxes of Medi Tea were distributed and consumed by Djokos patients. Moreover, he had to send his tea to Australia, USA, and Hongkong. The order came from all over the world. The use of green tea as the main ingredient is because it has 100 times more antioxidants compared to Vitamin C. So far, high dosage of Vitamin C could inhibit cancer cell. This, it is hoped that Medi Tea could be a good medication.
Besides its high antioxidant content, Media Tea also brings comfort for those who drink it. It could be consumed for a long term unlike consuming common medicine which sometimes makes patients bored. There is no significant difference between green tea and others. However, its EGCG (Epigallocatechin gallate) content is the highest of all other teas. Its caffeine content has been reduced by Djoko. Hence, it will not cause stomach pain. Nowadays, various testimonies have been received directly by Djoko. Patients with cancer, diabetes, or even Hepatitis were gradually cured by his research product.
